• The Board of Directors of CEPSA in the in the Public Tender Offer launched by International Petroleum Investment Company over 100% shares of CEPSA, in a deal value of  €5,634 million
• Advising Repsol Nuevas Energías, S.A. in the acquisition of Sea Energy Renewables Limited, a project development company operating in the UK offshore wind energy sector
• Advising Repsol Nuevas Energías, S.A. in the establishment of a strategic joint venture with EDP Renovaveis, SA for the development of offshore wind projects in the UK
• Advising Cobega S.A. in the acquisition of Vifilfell hf, the Icelandic soft drinks bottler and distributor
• Gas Natural Fenosa in the saleof its subsidiaries in Guatemala for US $345 million
• Repsol YPF in the exercise by Grupo Petersen of the call option to acquire 10% of YPF for US$1.304 billion
• Gas Natural Fenosa on the sale of certain Madrid gas distribution assets to Madrileña Red de Gas, a company controlled by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, for €450 million
• Abengoa, S.A. in connection with a Rule 144A offering of US$650 million 8.875% Senior Notes due 2017 of Abengoa Finance, S.A.U.
• Repsol YPF in the creation of one of the largest private energy companies in Latin America following the sale of 40 percent of its Brazilian subsidiary to Sinopec for US$17.8 billion
• Gas Natural on the sale of certain Madrid gas distribution assets to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure and Galp Energía SGPS, S.A. for €800 million
• Repsol YPF on its €2.2 billion disposal of a stake in YPF to Grupo Petersen
• The Carlyle Group in its acquisition of Applus Servicios Tecnológicos, S.L. for €1.480 billion
